Story of Lawyer A, Girl B and Bsnsman C.

A asked B & B’s employer out for lunch one afternoon. B dun normally take lunch, but being polite to thier clients, she agreed. The boss cudnt attend cos was tied up with a project submission. Afterall, it’s a once in a bluemoon lunch. So B went for a drink, thinking that A wud be bringing along his junior gal colleague whom B has got to know during their meetings. But it turned out that A brot along C, someone B has never met.

A: here, this is the guy I wanted to introduce to u…
B: (mata terbeliak besar besar!)
A: …as a client. And he’s still single, but I think he looks older than me, though he’s 2 years younger than me.

A to C: B's my mum's ex-student, u know.

Introduction etc… food ordering etc…

A: do you know where his HOUSE is? Neh, opposite etc etc etc… behind that building is his parents’ hse. Besides his parents’ hse is his new hse. Where got people so stupid building a big hse just to stay alone with his parents, don’t u think?

B just enjoyed her drinks, and the stories… while C had to just let his cousin A nonsensing – being a lawyer, he is good at toking craps – NON STOP.

C to B: so wad does your company do actually? Wad kinda stuffs do u people do?
B: neh, those usual stuffs companies like ours do, blab la bla… a bit of this n that, here n there… bla bla
A: oh, they can do EVERYTHING very nicely. U see, my whole office from the interior to the exterior, they did it… blab la (compliments!)… (and even promoted B’s company to another customer who ate there).

Actually, most of the conversation came from A.

A to C: eh, you’re not goin to visit your elder sis?
C: dun think so. See how first… etc etc.
A to B: his sis just gave birth, u see. (to C) can bring her along ler.
B: his sis gave birth and bringing me along? What on earth has ANY of that to do with me?
C laughed. Speechless at his talking-machine cousin.
A to B: if I were u, I’d go. His sis gave birth in Australia.
B gave A the skeptical look.

A to C: eh, mooncake fest is coming le! You gotta buy some mooncakes for B, and some for B’s boss oso.
B: ha. ha. wad for?!
A: and then, you’re goin traveling tomorrow rite? don’t forget to get B chocolates! She loves chocs!

(of cos, in between, there are some minor conversations / feedbacks from B & C… but most of the craps came from this A’s mouth. Really.)

After eating, and nonsensing… A paid.

C: am I not supposed to pay this time?
A: nvm. I pay this time arnd. U pay for the next meet.

And lotsa other craBs… obviously, mostly from A.

So, if you were in that scenario, what wadaya think? Introducing a CLIENT, or…tryin to be “a ‘good’ Samatarian”? (samatarian - like how the rainbow guy miss-pronounced it during the kayak trip. Samaritan lar… apalah!)

blood donation

come this sat, there's gona be a blood donation drive at my church. hehe... i tot its gona be at GH, mana tauk they're gona have the whole team coming to the church pulak! haha... and becos of that, today i nego with my boss - IF we are to work tis sat, i'll go work in the afternun. IF not working, tat wud be best. hahahahaa...

he just looked at me ~speechless~. hahaha... as usual.

oh, the reason my church's having this is because, its gona be raya soon. and i only knew that during ramadhan, those who usually donate blood esp the army and uniform bodies, esp those who fasts, they cannot donate. so tats where we come in lor. hehe...

haha, i personally have donated twice, both with their own 'stories' to tell. haha... first time, wen i was in johor. they had this kite fest somewhere i forgot the name. we went in a grup, and if not mistaken, 3 - 4 of us donated. me the only gal. tat guo fen guo fen de guy-nurse was actually practising his 'flirt skills' while draining blood from me! i tot i heard wrongly wen he asked me those irrelevant Qs! apalah. just gave him a 'haaa...' look.

second time was during my uni year. very rare chance ler, cos we owes had sleepless nites - few frens kenot, cos din get enuf sleep! kolian! hahah... oh, this one - the SGH nurse main cucuk cucuk my inner elbow, looking for the veins! hahaha... as if im some kind of dead 'bak bak' lidat! LOL. at first, right hand. waited n waited, no blood came flowing down. then, tarik out, and re-cucuk the same hand again, but different vein this time, stil tada. then, switch arm to the left side. i ended up walking outta tat (i forgot wad name is tat place, the one besides pohonmas), ended up walking out of tat place with both hand stuck with plaster! hehe... and the right hand with twice attempt, got so blue-d and black-ed the next day! LOL.

being one of the few outsiders for the kayak thingie among a group of colleagues means no direct 'contact' with the others, esp those with cams or details etc. so my updates were normally later than late la as compared to the others, duno bout the other outsiders, but my 'info-bearer' is ALWAYS very the bz one. watodo. and i just found out i have an email today, simply saying "sumbody kenot access" (to the pixes THEY have uploaded!)

kayaking

Ha… whole upper body aches. Haha… went kayaking with a bunch of ‘strangers’ yesterday, 8 september 2007 - public hols for sarawak, TYT's bday (hehe…) from lemme see, I left home at 7am, back home at 5pm. Hahah…

ENJOYED MYSELF LOTTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Hahahaha…

felt sooo crippled not having any camera arnd! (people say, u dun nid pix can oso come up with lengthy post, so nvm lar…) Haha… yea rite. but anyway, really really enjoyed myself, and had a great experience! Haha.. (someone’s definitely gona say me si ai bin after this…) lets see wad I can recall best of the whole thing:

1. I tink I'm quite a good navigator. LOL
Hahaha… AT LEAST, I DUN NAVIGATE TOWARDS THE ROCKS (like the other boy+gal canoe there – never got to know their names tho!). and, AT LEAST, I DUN KEEP DOIN THE ‘sand-landing’ like B&J did, or the overturned one. Hahah…

2. paddling aint as tiring as ‘swimming’.
This one ar, hugging the life jacket and tried making my way across the stream during one of our breaks, man! Ended up, the other girl I’ve just met, sl, had to pull me through! LOL… paisehnyeee me. PIPS DUN SWIM, I FORGOT ABOUT THAT. Hahahahaaha… then, it was kinda against the current some more! So, got ‘flow-ed’ away towards the rocks, and susah payahly made our way back again, further down the stream. Haha… one word – TIRING! Hahaha… really really tiring ler! But was fun! Haha.. esp when u know your safe, and its cold in the water. Nice nice. Haha…

3. “TURNED OUT 2 B QUITE A RELIABLE KAYAK PARTNER”
Ha!~ (word by word, exactly) the best COMPLIMENT I got! Hahahahaha… ESPECIALLY from someone who wanted to AUCTION tiau me! Hahahaha… =P bluekkk!

4. got to meet some new people.
Seriously new strangers. Haha… (there’s old stranger too, in this case). Hehe… DEFINITELY GONA MISS TEASING THE ‘VERY-8-RAINBOW’ GUY. Haha… (if only he reads! LOL). He’s oso the person who taught me & the other 2 gals on the Rainbow community, and also the association of a CERTAIN color with that kinda community, which needless to say, is the color of MY canoe, and so, I got ‘blamed’ by u-know-who for choosing that canoe. Hahah… but like wat the other girl said to this rainbow guy, “shut up lar u”. hahahaha… nice meeting em all. And to the rainbow guy, I bet each and everyone of us at the front canoe wud like to say this to u – THANX A LOT FOR YOUR SPLASHES! hehe. btw, me not a big fan of pink.

5. I dun get sun-burn ler.
One said, “haha, because there’s nothing else to burn”. Another said, “even if got, it makes no difference!”
OK OK! I got it. I'm very ‘tanned’. I know… dun have to keep ‘menyindir’ me. I dun mind at all. Haha…

6. DAUN KARI smells SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO damn nice!
Why daun kari all of a sudden? Haha… we got to stop twice, one of wich was at a bidayuh kampong, and we went for a round. The instructor introduced us to this lil malnourished pokok - I din even know is curry leave. Petik-ed one leaf and had it kept the whole way, until halfway thru somebody asked from me, so I gave away HALF, reluctantly… hahaha. Brot it home ler, wadaya think! Smells just soooooooooooooo nice, I tell u. no wonder curry is sooooo delicious. Haha… yum yum!

7. best part of it all… NO CLIMBING!

Hahaha… wich is very very good for me! Hahaha… yea, just nida climb into the canoe! Hahaha… apala.

8. omost forgot, VERY VERY NICE VIEWS.

the rocks, the jungle, the sceneries... the nature - these are wad money cannot buy.

ahh, at one point, tried to reach and touch the big rock surface above me, hand too short! hahahaha... attempt failed! =( kesiannyeee... (and the partner just laughed! *skeptical look!~)

once.., twice.., sold!

went tat pinoy place for the first time, being not-so-much-of-a-porkie-eater, frens advised me not to waste my time there cos they serve mainly porkies. but i insisted oso tonite (lastnite). hmmm, somebody tol the waitress im not so much of a porkie fan, and when the porkie's being served to our table, it was so much so tat even this waitress who sat wayyyyyy back there, made an effort to turn to me from her seat and made a lil gesture, "good?" adush... paisehnyeee me. ermmm, ok - its not unnice. its actually nice. but not something i like. hehe... but its nice getting to try. *nyek! =D

and then, aiyo... before even the real trip to kayak tomolo (saturday), my partner's planning to 'AUCTION' away the partner, meaning - ME! hmmmph! OR, other option - CHANGE PARTNER! (i know im weak, but atlis, there's a stronger one to 'save the day' mar.... hahah) lemme recall, antg else bor? hmmm, no, but scary enuf liau - auction tiau me! how is tat possible! hahaha.... kenot! kenot! (its scary enuf how tis kinda thoughts can cross a person's mind... tsk tsk tsk) =(

Ahh... chatting with my lil sis now. both super alert in the middle of the nite, but the thing is, she gets to sleep til 2pm. me, max, 830am nia. adush...

oh! i omost forgot, got a super enjoyable ride lastnite. at lis, the song-est i've had so far. truly! too bad its too short. haha... and in the middle of a kinda-heavy traffic some more! haha... but superb. wahh, i had a plainly cute nite, from the porkie to the auction to the ride to the yumcha with frens that ended up with another plan for a 'gathering' tonite. hehe... fun fun! happi weekend, peeps & pips! hahaha... gudnite (my lil sis loso-s me to go sleep liau. like ah-por lidat! hahaha...)

"I feel that i have to share this incident with you all.It happened to me a while ago. We were having breakfast in Foody Goody Cafe in Stutong (near to Kch Specialist).Mum and i ordered Heng Hua Noodle and yes, we waited patiently for it. it only came about 20 minutes later, which was OK for me coz i lovvvvvveeeeeee Heng Hua noodle.Anyway, the lady came with two bowls of the noodle and the next thing i know, one of the bowl spills on the table. We all stood up coz the soup and the noodle was on teh table, some dripping on the edge of the table. She took a cloth and wipe and swipe everything into the bowl and said SORRY. We know she dont mean it. We are all clumsy right? Who isnt?But deep down in our hearts, we somehow sense that she's gonna use back the same noodle and everything that she'd swiped into the bowl from the table.i tried to brush that thought off when she came back with my bowl of noodle (abt a minute later). that was fast, i said to myself.Happily, i smell the noodle... Yumm...i used my chopstick to take out the things that i dont feel like eating this morning (pork) and put it aside. The next thing i know, i have a soak wet white thingy on my chopstick. i thought it was 'kiaw' but somehow the shape dont confirm to my thought. DAMN!!! it's not 'kiaw' or what so ever new ingredient. It is the bloody tissue i used to wipe the table..and when she swipe the noodles n everything into the bowl, she didnt realise the tissue on my table was also swipe into the bowl.and u might ask, how do i know that's my tissue??Lemme tell you that i damn know is mine coz i tore my tissue into half and gave the other half to my mum. the tissue in the bowl is the half piece of tissue i used to wipe the table!!!yes, u got that right. everything that's on the table is back into my bowl and serve back to me. Being not bitchy and trying to not get bloody angry, i just... try...to...... forget about it.i didnt confront the lady, i didnt do anything....i just.. let it go.......i know i sound like a fool... i know i should have taken my money back.... but... it's OK... i'm not in a mood to quarrel or what.It's MERDEKA DAY anyway. i hope you guys can help me spread the word. I know i WILL NOT, i repeat WILL NOT step my feet into that coffee shop again (eventho they have the best laksa there, eventho i'm gonna miss eating heng hua mee). embarassed nyerrrr

argh... ALMOST wanted to say how embarassed i am, til a reply came. (that's why my title is tat, u see! haha) LUCKILY! hahaha... my gudiness! not the first time leh!!!! another important lesson learnt tonite - NEVER ask ANYONE ANYTHING when its almost bedtime! (save urself from 'hak-si' urself!) din know anyone cud be TAT bler mar. hahaha... =D

anyway, my kl fren's finally back to kl. and yup, was on leave today coz i needa be his 'driver' & i have no where else to 'throw' him. heheh... and, wasnt feeling well whole day. the tummy, to be exact - wasnt well the whole day! had me woke up even earlier than my working days! hmmmph! WASTED!

ahh... needa sleep oso liau. tomolo working. baru pip-ped a while, soooooooo damn song-ly, arnd 5+pm, sudenly got disturbed by a phone call from my 'beloved' lil sis. gues why? asking me about her haircut! MY GUDINESS! cos she mms-ed me after her haircut, and i belum gave any feedback... and! was WIDE awake liau after that. hmmmph....

oki... my trip's 'story' will be up wen im well & not sleepy. hahaha... til then, gudnite ppl, and enjoy ur short working week (cos its a public hols in sarawak this sat! yay!) haha....

time flies when ur on vacation, in sickness or in health. hahah.. LOL. im back from my 5 days trip to sabah. become more like a lakia now that im burnt! haha... sun-burnt, tat is. gona have all the pixes compiled from every cam later (from frens) and will have em posted soon! haha...

in short, the places are amazingly BEAUTIFUL, but the journey (on road) to those places are horrible! hahaha.. and, in short, i puked twice on the last day, and slept omost 14 hours towards the last nite there! LOL... no, these werent in my plans - AT ALL!din get to shop! din get to get in2the water! just managed to SEE! hahaha... kesian betul! will have more details wen my FULL blog is up! haha...
