W-day

haloooo midnite world!!

js back from my pre-wed photoshoot yesterday, and im back in office today.
dun rili care who's reading anymore... just wanted a space to spill my thots. how bad can that be. lol..

anwy, with the big day getting nearer and nearer, and more to-do-lists checked, i still feel that i can js let go of the whole planning and arranging of the big W-day! lol.. odd eh?

all i could wish and pray for, since the beginnnin of the relationship was for my guy to be a christian. and i wanted a wedding that is accordingly, and in the name of God. and i also know that i realized, back wen we just started to plan for the W, that due to the fact that i cant hav it that way, i know that whatever comes after that, i dun rili care. even if i am dressed down, while my guests are elegantly dressed, i dun mind. seriously i dun mind at all. lol...

i oso dun mind if my invitation card looks outdated like it was from back in the 80s. as long as the respectful way of inviting is being carried out, most importantly without offending anyone.. thats good enuf.

i dun even care if some peeps cant find dresses or dressed up against the theme color White. lol.. apa apa lah. i dun mind.

my point is, my no. 1 wish is to hav it solemnized in god's name. and i cant have that. so other things dont matter much.

call me odd. call me weird. call me with watever name u wan it to be. lol.. i dun care.

i oso dun care if I MYSELF cant get to choose WHAT I MYSELF like for MY OWN WEDDING just becoz my guy is the only son in the family - thus his parents wud oso be the host for ONCE only.. thus certain things gota be 'screened / filtered' by them even tho i dun rili like those selected options.

people wud definitely tell it to me:
"aiyahhh, just let them have what they want la.. afterall, its their only son, and its their only time to hav this privilege to host a wedding dinner... just give in la."

even i myself wud tell myself that. lol.. and sometimes, i even questioned myself - see lah, who ask u to choose a guy who is the only son in the family lah...?!!

but sometimes, i oso wondered - has anybody thought of me??
its MY wedding. its supposed to be MY big day.. and evybadi is fussing about the parents la, the siblings la.. tis and that. yeah sure, i can give in... but how ironic it is that i cant get what i want for my own day. lol...

IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE MY ONE AND ONLY TIME GETTING MARRIED TOO, u know... just like how it is with his parents being the host for this once. i will be the bride for this once too... but why cant i chuz the things i REALLY wanted to do?

and nawp... this is not sumtg i shud bother him with. lol.. so that is why, my midnite world -  im telling it to u. lol. if i tel it to him, its gona make him stuck in between. esp with his indecisive character. not firm enuf.

at the end of the day, it is all about the repo. the image. the shud-bessss and things like dat. lol...
inviting families of ppl whom parents mite not even know. ending up with us having to cut down on frens who really have been there in our lives as we grew up.

i just wanted an exchange of vow in Jesus' name - it cud be anywhere as long as its accordingly, a simple and closed circle tea ceremony for both parents for their love and care for us & REALLy close relatives that matters in our lives, and a trabelmoon of just the two of us. so simple, yet so imposiber. haizzzz...

so dont blame me if im still lacking in the department called "Excitement"...

hmmmm,.... i do wonder, do ppl call this the anxiety attack? lol.. or wads the other term for it. lol... but im quite sure it isnt that.

its been so so long.

my blogposting died-ed wen my bearbear lil noti doggie passed on. its been wad, 2 years? or 3 years? cant recall d year but definitely remembers d date. time heals, so they say. but i still find myself blinking away tears at times.. missing her ohhh so much. wishing that i cud rili rili turn back d time. hah.. life is never d same without her around. i miss u bearbear.. very much!

anwy.. my big day's in a few months to come! haha.. its been a long roller coaster journey. and if there's anytg i wish more thAn anything with regards to this relationship... its for God to take away d memories of my 1st year. haha.. such a contradiction eh? yeahhh believe me u, i wish just that whole part can be erased from d whole system. haha.

and with the big day reaching soon.. i sometimes feel d jitters. seeing, hearing and knowing people and families around me break apart becos of affairs etc, i rili am wondering to myself, wad if tis happens to me one day? will it? and is tis a wise decision to make? hmmmm... i dont feel d 'excitement' of goin thru d big day infact. it doesnt mean much to me coz my vow will not be in d name of god. too bad. all it is to me is just a waste of money. wad matters to me is the days after the big day.

I am the one in the sex DVD, says Chua (updated)

LABIS: Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek admitted he is the politician in the sex DVDs circulating in Johor.

In a press conference here Tuesday, Dr Chua said the girl is his “personal friend”.

He apologised to the Malaysian public, his supporters and colleagues.

He said he did not make the tape himself.

Dr Chua said he will not resign over the sex DVDs. He will leave that up to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to decide.

“I have seen the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting and I have personally apologised to them,” he said while reading from a one-page statement during a press conference here Tuesday.

Dr Chua, who was clad in a yellow batik shirt, added that he had met up with Abdullah on Monday.

Asked about the reactions from Abdullah, Najib and Ong, he said that it was better to get a reaction from them as he cannot comment on their behalf.

Dr Chua vowed to continue carrying out his duties as a minister, MP and party leader.

Asked about his political future, Dr Chua said: “I leave it to my party members, leaders and the Malaysian public to be the judges. It's not for me to speculate.”

The sex DVDs, on two discs, show Dr Chua and a woman engaging in various sexual antics. The two DVDs had been circulating in Muar, Tangkak and Batu Pahat over the past few days.

The existence of the DVDs was first reported in the Chinese dailies on Sunday while a Bahasa Malaysia daily reported about it Monday.

But it has affected the party and the Government, that is why I chose to admit (...because if i do not admit SOON ENUF, later ppl will also know tat its me in there? so i better try to act 'good' by confessing before they condemn me?). But it seems honesty does not always pay. The people still cannot accept it. (oh, shud we pity u then? for being SO honest? next time, try to be honest in your relationship with ur wife FIRST, before telling ppl about honesty. wudnt tat be better? btw, honest = not cheating = not cheating on your wife, maybe?)

hehe... its 3 hrs and 30 mins into the new year, and im stil wide awake! js reached home from a very floody kuching an hour ago... drove as slow as a tortoise! LOL... and was as blind as a duno wad. haha... hate to drive at nite and esp, wen its raining so heavily!

anwy, went to a fren's hse for lil new year's eve dinner, with some new faces there too. (pleasure to meet y'all). i am NOT gona be bluggin abt it coz i know eileen will. so, save me the 'work'! hehe...

we kuai ppl, ate and played UNO into the new year. heheh... and i found out tat i rili am terible! the loser in uno! terible man! and luckily im the driver, coz the one who lost was supposed to 'swallow' martell. tinnnyyy wiinnnnyyyy bit of it nia, COZ IM THE DRIVER! lol... aiyer, tasted soooooo nice. but i cant afford the 'faint' or the 'un-steadiness' esp wen driving! hehe... even cooking alcohol gets me dizzy! dun ask me why, i duno too.

okie... 3 more hr and i gota be up for the huge family 'oo-cho-mee' bfast! my gudiness! 7 in the morning! hahaha... and we shall proceed to palm beach AGAIN. coz there is absolutely no where else to go in kuching (i tink!)

and, did i mention how thankful i am for all the ups ups and slight downs i've been thru in the previous year? hehe... i rili am. looking forward to a greeeat new year, brand new start and exciting challenges ahead! GOD BLESS YA! and HAPPY NEW YEAR AGAIN!

wahhh, been a year since i first unveiled my sketchbook! time rili flies. NEVER rili liked to 'share' stuffs about myself, but so far, its been nice. no regrets (yet). hehe... even SILENT TREAT-ED a very good close pal who somehow discovered my blug BEFORE i 'announced it publicly'! LOL.. kesian him. (not only silent treatment, i tink. thung khoi fan min thim! whahahahaha! ldm here!)

and its also been a year since korea - A NEW DISH 'FAVORITED'! (haha... am actually munching kimchi as i write this! how nostalgic!)

YAY! a NEW 'set' of annual leaves liau! fresh new set (coz i finished/advanced my 2007 annual leaves in 2006). haha... gona treasure my 14 (only) precious days like wad lidat liau! hahaha...

my lil sis completed her foundy liau, now in 1st year graphic design, and she knows the directions in kl like a taxi driver liau. i tink, much better than a taxi driver! LOL... for real! (i suspect arr... she must be adopted, for my elder sis n i are both so buta-arah! LOL. jk!)

'pampered' meself with a new hp, the FIRST hp i bought. hehe... surprised ler? the previous 5 were all gifts from my khaima. hehe... lucky? nah... im not lucky, im blessed.

then, wad else but to somehow realize the value of friendship when one by one of the old pals left to work at other places.

and of cos, the freshly added new member of the family, my 2nd niece... maia xxx leong. hehe, jk! maia faith. (im so used to refering her as 'maia XXX leong'!) hahaha.

oh, i somehow managed to keep to my 2007's resolution - no more 'verbal war' in the office with my boss, esp since the 2nd half of the year. LOL. i rili amazed myself too. haha... so drastic the change til both my boss n mrs boss noticed! haha. speaking of the very goodie-girl-me. LOL. haha... (except for the 40mins-late-for-work habit!)

...wich, i plan to improve (SLIGHTLY) too. cut down by half! 20mins. tat is good enuf for me.

and honestly, i find it a small 'delight' tat ppl actually enjoy reading wad i wrote, and better still, commenting. no matter how 'emo' i were sometimes... lol, and NO MATTER HOW '3-HOUR LONG' my posts are (like this one!) or no matter how boringly unrelated some posts were to them (coz they can js skip n not read? i know. hehe...)

and, i take it as a compliment (dun care if they're trying to sindir me or wad) wen ppl tell me tat "you are like how you sounded in ur writings!" hehe... (i tink arr, indirectly, these kinda comments are saying tat 'i talk to my computer' like i talk to a human?) hehehe... dun care! haha... jk! (actually, im not very good at socializing with new / not-so-familiar ppl. true!)

"chung something something something something"... hehe. rili very the nice yummie bbq veges... and porkie says the chickwings are nice too. lamb, nice too. evyting nice! hehehe... we are such frequent customers that she even knows the numbers of 'sticks' of veges we normally order! hehe... but mind you, she talks kinda loudly. hehe... and listen carefully if ur a first-timer there... her mandarin is super 'chim'! hehe...

this came abt as my bro who sat for his pmr exam few mths back, got his result today - 6As & 1B.

surprisingly good for someone who was soooooo stuck with the computer even wen he was supposed to be studyin! and for someone who fell sick during his exam! hmmph!

actually, we all, as in all his 3 sisters, got the same results too, respectively! heheh... each and evyone of us got a B in one subject - BM, except for yours truly, who got B in her GEOGRAPHY! of alllllllll subjects! geography! apalah.. then i only discovered this today, and sms-ed my elder sis - "no wonder i owes duno (road) directions!" (its geographical!) hehe...

hehe... these two days, am kinda free at work. so been followin my boss to meet clients and go here n there, kepoci-ing... hehe. so today, went kepoing at The Spring. hehe...

they say needa take pass to get in, we did not. tol em, "to visit site office"... they just let u in! tsk tsk tsk... it is stil rili very messy! and unfinished! and duno can finish on time or nt! but definitely far nicer and bigger and better than bolibard! hehe... the only store signages tat we noticed that were already up - esprit, parkson, and bata. heheh... the rest, rili so kelam kabut stil! but then again, i only managed to round tat one floor that i entered in.

anwy, the foodcourt (i suspect tat is the foodcourt lar) is kinda nice... the most completed part of the entire floor i was at.

there i was again@palm beach resort, and mmb went along too!
she was so excited the whole way...

hehe. tis time arnd, we 'kick some balls'! hehe...

and highlite of the day: we cycled!

on the beach and on the road! practically & exaggeratedly, the whole sematan we conquered! (yea rite!) and it was so dead tiring to cycle on the sand! so so tiring tat i told porkie, "i cycle til i wanna cry liau!" lol... jk of cos, but was soooo tiring, yet gota cycle it back to the ori place to return the bicycle! and it was omost raining... so we opted to cycle on road instead, odw back... haha.

but was FUN! FUN! FUN! hehe... wen im free enuf, im gona ask frens to go there on weekend evenings and cycle liau! it is fun! and tiring! but fun!

JK! hehe. exaggerating again me. sorry. hehe) but, i nearly suffocate to death in my car ON THE EVE OF XMAS wen my 1-day -old Glade's car perfume accidentally dropped (see pix, and that's my bumblepip junior rite there... with flower tattoo on the bubut! hehe...)

and leaked (the whole day as i was in office) and filled my whole car with EXTREME smell! walao! i rili omost die of suffocation, if not dizziness - wen im driving home tat RAINING day! rain means i cannot have my window wide open! my gudiness!~

early in the morning, wen the weather is js sooo nice to pip in... u have no programme wadsoever for the day, can just sleep til high noon, if i get phone call tat will certainly wake me up - i will get very agitated. VERY. so geram that kinda feeling! ha! *some ppl arnd me mite have experienced the geram-angelica-me, so they'll know. truly very the menggeramifying one leh!

so happened this mrng, slept halfway wen i got a call at 10am, and in bleriness, i reached for my hp n look at the caller - AIKS! from one of our sub-cons' office wor! work-related, cannot be bler! cleared my throat halfdead, made myself as awake as possible,

and answered the call... quite some few minutes, i tel ya! in loud mandarin some more! and, to make the story short - IN THE END, I HAVE NO IDEA WAD TAT GUY IS TRYIN TO TELL ME!

he mentioned something abt SMS, "d sms from ling-yao-chi-yao, translates '0171' is from me, bla bla bla... i msged u but i saw no reply, so i called to make sure that ur not angry with the sms etc... bla bla bla". i js went, "ok ok... ok ok... ok ok...". after the call, i realised, i din even know who the caller was! wen i checked my inbox, i realized this person who called, actually sent me an xmas greeting mms - as simple as tat, at arnd 915am... and i was stil asleep, tat is why he said tada reply? so he called to... I OSO DUNO WAD ON EARTH FOR. conclusion is - spoilt the ONLY morning tat i can sleep late. hmmph!

friday. sent some lil lil stufs for printing right opposite my office. cross the roads and tadaa... ur there! sent namecards, to be precise. and after tat, i walked back to office, had to tahan-lafing the whole way! cannot stand it, man!

u see, i was supposed to js send the ncs to PRINT nia nia. in the end, the old taukeh pulak asked me to help him 'promote & sell' off a lil office stationary for him! walao eh! i nvr do this kinda stuff b4. i mean, its not like im working with a supplier company or wad, design ler. and u ask me to help promote stationery? hmmmm... =D lol.

oki. tido! btw, anyone been to Boulevard yet? opens today, postponed from 19th. wonder how complete is it... (the flyover leading to it, jammed from one end to almost 3-quarter of the bridge! regardless of wad time i pass under the flyover! few times today i saw tat, i mean).

santubong beach

went for a super short trip to santubong on raya haji holiday. gained noting much compared to the total of bites from those hungry sandflies! for real! hmmph! btw, its not tat santubong resort im toking abt, its the one at wad wad pasir puteri? if im not mistaken? hehe...

anwy, i wonder wad fruit or berry they call this? rili alot alot alot scattered on the ground!~ and they rili 'composed' a very nice view! haha...

LOL... as if im tryin to dive into the sand! LOL... true? hahaha... LOL.

i actually left a comment on a youtuber who has been uploadin The Amazing Race Asia Season 2 - askin for epi 3 which i somehow cudnt find since it was aired! but i guess the person nvr read comments ther, and i waited til i was out-of-patience, so i tube-msged d person askin for the epi. TAT IS HOW CRAZILY DESPERATE I AM TO WATCH IT! lol... hehe.

and i finally got hold of epi 3 (highlite: where brett cried with kinar when she cudnt do the climb, and they were eliminated! =( sigh!)

and, i cont to watch epi 4 too (highlite: sophie and aurelia DIN KNOW HOW TO PUMP PETROL! DIN EVEN KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE COVER, or wad ever tat thing is called, AND DIN EVEN KNOW THAT THEY NEEDA PRESS THE 'PUMP' THINGIE TO GET THE PETROL PUMPIN! erm, i duno the name of the parts but i know how to pump petrol lar, at lis...) and they were finally eliminated. and its 3am liau. haha...
